1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jeetnuzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the jeetnuzz website, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and all associated account management tools.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the jeetnuzz platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

jeetnuzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Acceptance of Risk

Online gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your jeetnuzz account. jeetnuzz does not guarantee winnings, and past performance of any game or betting market is not indicative of future results. You participate in all gaming and betting activities at your own risk.

1.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetnuzz platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, interface design, and promotional materials — is the property of jeetnuzz or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the services offered by jeetnuzz, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and available to eligible players across Bangladesh. You may only hold one account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using false identities — is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use jeetnuzz. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jeetnuzz enforces the 18+ rule through its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account permanently closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetnuzz is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement issued within the last three months). KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered copies. jeetnuzz reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jeetnuzz Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jeetnuzz will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at support@jeetnuzz. jeetnuzz accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeetnuzz are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your jeetnuzz account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. jeetnuzz does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method within minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by the jeetnuzz payments team. jeetnuzz reserves the right to perform additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal.

3.3 Refused Transactions

jeetnuzz reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be suspended pending investigation, and the player will be notified via the registered email address.

3.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings on jeetnuzz are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts. jeetnuzz does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

jeetnuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration and used within 30 days of being credited. Any unclaimed or unused portion of the bonus will be removed from the account after the relevant deadline.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack typically contribute 10%. Crash games including Aviator contribute 20%. Sports betting wagers placed at minimum odds of 1.80 contribute 100% toward sports bonus wagering requirements. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

jeetnuzz operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended immediately and any bonus funds or winnings derived from abuse will be forfeited.

4.4 Reload Bonuses & Seasonal Promotions

Existing players may receive reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and Bangladeshi cultural celebrations including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each promotion will carry its own eligibility criteria, claim period, wagering requirements, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

5. Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting and casino game activity on jeetnuzz is subject to the rules and conditions set out in this section, as well as any game-specific rules provided by the relevant game provider.

5.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports at jeetnuzz's discretion. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. jeetnuzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (for example, due to a technical pricing error). In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match moments (wickets, goals, etc.) to allow odds to be recalculated.

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games on jeetnuzz — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and arcade titles — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. All games use independently certified RNG technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed in the game's information panel. jeetnuzz does not manipulate RTP settings on any game beyond what is permitted within the provider's published configuration range.

5.3 Voided Bets & Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion of the minimum scheduled play required for bets to stand, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. For cricket matches, the minimum play requirement is typically a minimum of one over per side being completed. Specific rules for each sport are published in the sportsbook help section.

5.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, communication failure, or technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, jeetnuzz reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. No winnings arising from a clearly erroneous result caused by a technical fault will be paid. jeetnuzz will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore account balances to their state prior to the malfunction where technically possible.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jeetnuzz, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetnuzz:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the jeetnuzz platform.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeetnuzz staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Sharing or publishing any jeetnuzz platform content, odds data, or game software without written authorisation.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

jeetnuzz reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it suspects of involving prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending resolution. jeetnuzz will cooperate with relevant authorities and may report suspicious activity where required by applicable law.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jeetnuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player through their payment provider.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Player self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools.
• Extended account inactivity (see section 7.1 below).

7.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jeetnuzz will notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will be applied monthly to the account balance until either the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account. The monthly dormancy fee is ৳200 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower. Players who reactivate a dormant account will not have any previously applied dormancy fees refunded.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your jeetnuzz account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jeetnuzz. If your account has a positive balance, you must withdraw your funds before closure or request that they be returned to your registered payment method. jeetnuzz will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request are subject to the terms of the responsible gaming self-exclusion policy.

7.3 Account Closure by jeetnuzz

Where jeetnuzz closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. jeetnuzz will provide written notification to the player's registered email address detailing the reason for closure and any balance decision. Players who believe an account closure decision was made in error may submit a formal complaint to support@jeetnuzz within 30 days of the closure notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetnuzz's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetnuzz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical failures, communication outages, or server downtime beyond jeetnuzz's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the player's own failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers in processing deposit or withdrawal requests.
• Changes to game availability due to provider licensing or technical requirements.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jeetnuzz's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
